The drum in drum design means that the firebox is totally surrounded (other then the door) by the water jacket,
combined with the heat exchange tubes through the firebox and the secondary smoke bypass / burn chamber
before the smoke exits the internal chimney which passes through the water jacket extracting residual heat.

The drum in drum design with welded on end plates also correlates into less corners and less welds
which means less potential problems. The drum in drum design combined with supply and return lines
designed to mix the heat transfer fluid means no cold spots and evenly heated fluid.

A large waist height double wall door with safety catch and no stick gasket seal,
designed for you loading convenience and safety.

For safety a high temperature limit control is standard.

Inside the control panel is the work light switch is located beside the dial thermometer which displays the heat
transfer fluid temperature & the heat transfer fluid sight gauge which shows the fluid level for monitoring the
system. The heat transfer fluids temperature is controlled by an adjustable aquastat which senses the
temperature and automatically opens or closes the damper and controls the forced draft combustion air fan.

There is no ash pan due to forced draft combustion fan, this acts like a forge, burning the wood completely.
How often due you remove the ashes from a camp fire pit?
If you burn wood completely there is very little ashes.

The outdoor furnaces have a top lifting ring for easy loading and unloading.
