Typical Outdoor Hydronic System Installation Costs

What is typically included:

    1) Preferred Outdoor Boiler.

    2) Sized boiler system pumps & boiler connections.

    3) Insulated underground building service piping - 75' (Boiler located +/- 65' from building)

    4) Heat exchanger (90 MBtu radiator for furnace)

    5) Furnace radiator bypass zone valve control package (includes: fittings, air vent)

    6) Domestic installation package (includes: hot water tempering valve, installation fittings)

    7) Boiler Glycol +/- 30% Concentration.

What is typically not included in a package and still required:

    1) Boiler freight to your location, typically with a tandem car haul type trailer (usually available for rent for around $100.00 from rental company, if you do not have access to one)

    2) Concrete pad or gravel boiler pad.

    3) Excavation & backfill for installing insulated underground building service piping.

    4) Inside piping and fittings (typically 1" copper pipe) supply and return from the insulated underground piping building penetration, to the heat exchanger(s) location(s).

    5) Furnace fan relay if furnace is not equipped with summer fan thermostat option.

    6) Packages to connect additional buildings or heating equipment.

    7) Installation labour - professional or install yourself with the help of friends and family?
